Imaginate, to me, is all about possibilities, growth and a new, more successful, energised way of working. Whether this be for individuals, leaders or teams. Imaginate Development helps make what might be, be, bringing possibilities into reality.
In 2017, I created Imaginate Development, with a view to support leaders, managers and individuals to be motivated, productive and successful in their places of work.
Through my programmes, I enable these possibilities. I design and deliver tailored leadership programmes, team development solutions and offer empowering coaching conversations.
I am passionate about improving personal and team performance. Having had the privilege to work with a whole host of organisations in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years, I bring expertise around what brings success at work. I have worked with a whole array of international organisations; pharmaceutical organisations, the banking sector, oil and gas companies, technological companies, housing groups, the media, manufacturing, local and national government and many more.
Seeing individuals, teams and leaders grow and develop is what really motivates me.
Background
As Senior Learning & Development Consultant for over 20 years at TMS Development International Ltd., I was privileged to work with many organisations within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Clients faced a range of challenges. I designed and delivered coaching, leadership development and team development programmes to:
- Create high performing teams
- Recognise the talent within individuals and how this might be best leveraged
- Motivate tired and over-stretched managers
- Clarify the role of the leader, provide insights into leadership styles and how they might lead most effectively
- Bring together teams for the first time and leave clear on goals and expectations and team dynamics
- Reduce misunderstandings in teams and develop trust and openness
